Sometime over the weekend of Oct. 7, an unknown suspect(s) committed vandalism at Iroquois Ridge High School located at 1123 Glenashton Dr. Police reported multiple windows were smashed. Doors and portables were also damaged and were spray painted. Known as 'tagging,' it included words and phrases similar to: YPA7, MIA301, KRONIK, HT WAZ ERE, WU TANG and IRHS --SUX. Other tagging depicting racist slurs, remarks and drawings were also found. The value of damage is estimated at $1,500. The Halton Police is requesting the assistance of the public in identifying the suspect(s) responsible for the graffiti and hate or racist depictions.
