Whether it's our bold design that demands respect, or bold performance that overtakes the competition, Infiniti will get you noticed while getting you there faster. WHY SEEK ATTENTION WHEN YOU CAN GRAB IT? T his weekend sees the annual Customer Appreciation Day by Oakville Public Library spring into action again. Remember to drop by your local branch on Sunday, Oct. 16 from 1-5 p.m. for free Starbucks coffee, treats, and a chance to win one of three Kobo eReaders. This year, to help out our local food banks, we will be offering up to $10 in a fine amnesty to all those who bring in a non-perishable food item. Customers must bring their item for the food bank to receive their fine amnesty. This is a great way to help our local community and at the same time, receive something too. Please note that Customer Appreciation Day will be celebrated at our Clearview Neighbourhood Branch on Saturday, Oct. 15 from 1-5 p.m. with all the same great coffee, treats, prizes and opportunity to donate your item to a local food bank. We hope to see you all there. 2012 Infiniti QX45 9CRG72 AA00 $ Still time to donate to Fareshare Oakville's Fareshare food bank is still looking for food or monetary donations as its annual Thanksgiving food drive, which continues until Sunday, Oct. 16. While all non-perishable donations are welcome, Fareshare particularly welcomes canned salmon, canned vegetables, canned fruit, instant coffee, regular and herbal tea, canned potatoes, canned chunky stew, pasta sauce, dry soup, side dishes of rice, pasta and potatoes, cake mixes and icing, soda crackers, hot and cold cereal, rice and laundry powder. Cash donations also help as the food bank uses the money to buy items should it run low, and to purchase fresh foods like milk, meat and produce. Food donations can be dropped off at the food bank located at 1240 Speers Rd., Unit 6, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Monday to Saturday, all Oakville fire stations and in all Oakville supermarkets where collection bins have been provided by Fareshare.
