BOARD Elected barely 12 hours earlier Tom Hill said Tuesday morning he could hardly wall for the new council to convene because he has some serious questions he wants answered for the benefit of his for her second term picked up the lion a share of the A rural voles cast Mr Hill garnered a respectable show of support for his return lo politics after a four year absence Before he was defeated by
