This summer, 15 recipients received a combined total of $98,000 distributed across various heritage and culture, media, lit- erary, visual, and per- forming arts groups. These grants allow the arts community to cultivate, develop and produce programs that enrich the lives of Oakville residents and its important to see these groups flourish, said Mayor Rob Burton. fArts and culture are a vital part of the livability o Oakville. Its that livability that helps attract the kind of investment in new jobs our community wants.
