PITTOCK, Robert - At his residence on Wednesday, March 9, 2011. Robert A. Pittock of Caressant Care Nursing Home, Woodstock and formerly of Springbank Ave., in his 77th year. Beloved husband of June E. Pittock (nee Swarts). Dear father of Michael and his wife Paula of London. Loving grandfather of Conor and Shannon Pittock. Dear brother of James Pittock of Ingersoll. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents James and Margurite (nee Furtney) Pittock, sister Barbara Ann Pittock, and sister-in-law Gladys Pittock. Robert was a longtime member of St. David's United Church. Friends will be received at the LONGWORTH FUNERAL HOME , 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, (519-539-0004) on Friday, March 11, 2011 from 2:30 - 4:30 and 7 - 9 pm, where the complete funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday at 3:30 pm with Rev. Jane Van Patter officiating. Interment at a later date in the Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery.
