GeorgetownActon Oct 24 1984 A ten count at the four corners Holmes plate By MARK Ive finally come up with an idea for a new and exciting sport for Acton Having noticed the number of street battles going on In front behtnd and down the street from the four corners I figured that what Acton should really have is a boxing club While the weekdays are usually quiet Friday and Saturday night at the fights can be a tremendous source of en tertainment There Isn much need for refejeet pit stop to see whats going on and bouncers of the local pub t left out too often either Having a boxing ring would get rid of the risk of the fighters spending the night as a guest of Regionals Qnest and at the same time the dance of aggression in some hotel patrons could be put to a better use Who knows maybe the next Muhammed All or Jack Dempsey will find his way from Acton to the big rings In Vegas For those who might be Interested Hillsburgh has Initiated a team Into the Intermediate loop this year Any
