county seats 3200 kids attended the game courtesy of local merchants in belleville and along with the 800 adult fans on hand this had to be the largest crowd to see a metro junior b game this year a is holding a cfsa test day that other jack watson main street west who fills his time with bantam teams and milk finds time to be distracted by curling last week jack curled in hamilton with skip sunday night at 730 against pickering panthers unionville curling club busy schedule in ladies section by joyce miles unionville our past presidents bonspiel has been completed after four weeks of keen com petition congratulations to mary grant and her rink of evelyn crosby vice skip ethel shaw second and marilyn lee winners of the trophy and past president pins runner up was kit lemesurier skip marg ferguson marg jewett and rita galloway the toronto and district ladies open bonspiel has been completed pat oliver and her rink of june sherman lead helen jewett second and lois roberts vice skip were runner up in the first event this bonspiel was a four day event from nov 20 to 23 there were one hundred and sixteen rinks in this com petition for the first time this year lambton curling club held a two day bonspiel for the gh wood trophy which was presented by mr wood the trophy winner was helen jewett skip lois roberts vice skip pat oliver second and hilda thorn lead the provincial competitions for district 14 will be held at the uxbridge curling club from january 15 18 this year due to the fact that we now have a membership of 200 ladies we will enter two rinks in the two goal lead twice to tie 7 7 in belleville raiders went out in high triple of 718 stouffville in the ladies bowling league nov 30 marg wagg scored the high triple of 718 with singles of 266 256 and
