7 and the brock road pickering township that was sixty years ago on sunday winton and lila white celebrated their diamond wedding anniversary receiving close friends and family relatives at their lovely home in balsam winton white was born july 24 1888 one of three in the family of john and mary white he attended public school at ml pleasant brougham lila was an child of john sarah barclay also attended and only and she mt pleasant public school mr white ex tremely active for his 83 years recalls their wedding day well there was very little snow on the ground so he and his bride
