BROWN, Marie Marie Brown passed away peaceful ly in her 88th year after a lengthy illness September 24 2010. She was the best friend and beloved wife of Leonard for 68 years and lov ing mother of A lan and h i s w i f e Sha r i . Mar i e was the devoted grandmother of Joshua, h is partner Susan, and Christina Peterson and her husband Nick, and the very proud great grandmother of Camryn P e t e r s o n . S h e w a s a l o v i n g a n d generous woman who worked for the Red Cross and did volunteer work for the nursing home Lifecare, thoroughly enjoying leading sing songs with the residents. She always put the needs of others ahead of herself. She was a gracious hostess and wonderful cook to all who visited their home.
