Planning and Development Council will consider a report to remove the Holding Provisions for the above noted applications. The Planning Services department will be presenting a recommendation report with respect to the development proposal at this meeting. The proposed applications are to remove the H Holding Provisions from Zoning By-law 2009-189, as amended, as it relates to 3000 Third Line (Halton Healthcare Services site) and 3135 Third Line (Oakville Hydro Energy Services Inc. site). 3000 Third Line The H Holding Provision was placed on the subject land to ensure that the Environmental Implementation Report/Functional Servicing Study dated October 16, 2009 has been amended to the satisfaction of the Town of Oakville in consultation with Conservation Halton and Halton Region. 3135 Third Line The H Holding Provision was placed on the subject land to ensure that the Environmental Implementation Report/Functional Servicing Study dated October 16, 2009 and revised March 1, 2010 has been amended to the satisfaction of the Town of Oakville in consultation with Conservation Halton and Halton Region. Further, Halton Region is to advise that the necessary amendment to Regional By-law 42-04 has been approved and provision has been made for the design and construction of external services required to service the site. The removal of the H Holding provision(s) is a mechanism to ensure that the above noted conditions are fulfilled prior to the development of the lands in accordance with the approved zoning. There is no right of appeal on a removal of a Holding Provision. The subject lands are located north of Dundas Street West in the Third Line area. At this time there are no other applications, under the Act, pertaining to the subject lands.
