- BROUWER -- Mike and Tracy (Nee Haggett) are proud and happy to announce the arrival of their beautiful daughter, Megan Ireland, born April 2, 1998 at 7:45 p.m., weighing 7 lbs., 11 ozs., at Oakville Memorial Hospital. Proud grandparents are Bill and Sharon Brouwer and Roger and Jane Haggett. A very special thank you to Dr. Cawkwell and all friends and family that have helped us out throughout the pregnancy.
