The Oakville Trafalgar Red Devils upset the Loyola Hawks in the junior Division 1 final, the Iroquois Ridge Trailblazers sur- prised the St. Thomas Aquinas Raiders in the senior Division 2 championship game and the Raiders downed the Robert Bateman Wild in the junior Division 2 title clash. Three local schools win Halton volleyball titles Wolfpack has reason to cheer in Mississauga CheerForce Wolfpack all-star cheerleading teams enjoyed a successful showing at their first competition of the season recently in Mississauga. The local clubs 14 teams posted nine first-place fin- ishes and two runner-up performances at the Fall Classic meet hosted by Cheer Evolution, also adding three outstanding performance awards. CheerForce also received highest scores overall in the mini, youth, junior, senior and open divi- sions. Its Senior Level 5 squad had the highest score of the day. The Fall Classic meet featured 58 teams, mostly from across the Greater Toronto Area and Hamilton. The field included all-star cheerleading teams, high schools and universities. All of the Wolfpacks senior teams and one of its jun- ior squads will compete in the Queen of the Nile meet this weekend in Cincinnati, Ohio.
