Russell -- Scott and Shannon (nee Jackson) and big brother Trevor are thrilled to announce the early but safe arrival of Jason Matthew, born May 20, 1995 and weighing in at 5 lbs., 1ozs. Proud grandparents are Mr. & Mrs. G.L. Jackson, Mrs. Russell and the late Doc Russell. Many thanks to the OB staff at Georgetown hospital and to Drs. Norman Cawkwell and especially Dr. Ramanna for their care before and after Jason was born.
