Some of our programs include: Oakville Kiwanis Meals on Wheels delivers nutri- tious hot and frozen meals to seniors who are unable to maintain their own nutri- tional and dietary needs. Friendly Visiting Program through Acclaim Health provides regularly scheduled social visits or outings to frail or isolated seniors. Special Steps through Acclaim Health provides support for seniors experi- encing memory loss. Tele-Touch through Acclaim Health provides reassuring telephone con- tact to isolated seniors. Alzheimer Service Seniors Day Program through Acclaim Health pro- vides specialized therapeu- tic, social and recreational interaction for individuals with Alzheimer disease. SENACA Seniors Day Program is a drop off pro- gram that provides thera- peutic, social and recre- ational activities as well as light nursing care while caregivers are at work.
