- Accidently Killed in British Columbia
While working in his lumber camp near New Westminster, B.C., on Thursday, May 9th, Wm. Cook, who left Ashgrove three or four years ago, was so severely injured that his death followed a few hours after he had been moved to the hospital. He was working with the electric "donkey" when something went wrong and he was struck by the hooks, being severely injured about the head as well as internally. Deceased was 62 years of age and leaves a grown up family of three boys and three girls all in B.C. - Herald. - Featured Link
