Full Text: GEORGETOWN.
Thomas J. Starratt, about thirty years ago editor of the Herald, and later of the Milton News, died at Hancock, Mich., on Sept. 4th. He was a native of Halton County and is survived by a wife and three daughters. Mr. Chas. Starratt, lot 27, 10th line, Esquesing, is a brother.
