- Obituary.
Died on the 6th inst., at his own residence, in the village of Beamsville, Rev. Wm. Cook, father of Mr. R. B. Cook, of this place, in the 86th year of his age. The deceased was one of the early pioneer preachers of the Baptist Church in Erin, Esquesing, and surrounding townships when they were in their wild, uncultivated state.
Another pioneer is gone,
To rest from toil and care,
The master called, thy work is done,
