Joseph Ball, at Warminster, seven miles from Orillia, was burned to the ground on Monday nii,'ht, March 26(h. three of Mr. Ball's children penshing in the flames. A number of farmers in the neigh- borhood of Durham have been drawn into trouble by one Billv Campbell, implement agent, late of that town, who recently skipped out. The manu- facturers are seizing the implements for which they claim said agent did not pay, though the farmers have paid the agent for them. The cases are being settled at law.
