There are tar too many "B" g-rade eggs â€" placed in thi.-^ grade on account of heavy yolks. There are several causes of heavy yolks: one being exposure of eggs to warm temperature â€" and another, hens being let out while still liu-ngry. filling up on grass and anything else they may find. In order to overcome these obstacles, we strong- ly urge producer;-' to follow these suggestions: 1. .\\oid letting hens out if possible. If you let them out. feed them well in the fore- noon and let them run for a short time, only, in the afternoon. 2. Gnthe eggs at least twice a day and place in wire basket or open-sided container to allow for air circulation. .3. Keep eggs in a cool place. 4. sMarket at least twice a week.
