- Mr. J. Young, M.P. for South Waterloo, deserves well at the hands of the country press of this Dominion, and also Mackenzie Bowell, M.P., of Belleville, for the noble stand they took and able defense made, during the discussion of the new Postal Regulations Bill; and we are only sorry the member for North York could not see his way clear to join hands with them in obtaining justice for the country newspaper publishers.
