Murdoch, Alex. (Died)

Sudden Death.--We were pained to learn, on Monday last, of the sudden death of Mr. Alex. Murdoch, a respectable farmer near Walter's Falls, formerly of Euphrasia, near Harkaway. It appears while driving the sulky-rake the upper part of the back of the seat chafed his back, and though medical aid was resorted to, it developed into erysipilas which in less than a week ended his earthly career. He died on Sunday last at the age of 39 years. He was a rugged healthy man and highly respected, and his premature demise has cast a gloom over the community.
