Full Text: Fatal Accident.--Last Friday morning Mrs. James Lawrence of Bentinck an old lady of over eighty years of age, went to the well and fell in, being drowned before assistance arrived. It is supposed that the extreme age of the deceased lady caused a sudden fit of faintness as the well was only a few feet deep. Her funeral, which took place last Sunday was largely attended.[--Durham Chronicle.
