15 · Friday, July 16, 2010 OAKVILLE BEAVER · www.oakvillebeaver.com BBQ to support youth centres When you visit the Longo's store at Dundas Street and Trafalgar Road this Sunday, July 18 you may notice an unusual hubbub in its parking lot. That's because Longo's and Oakville youth centres are hosting a barbeque fundraiser in support of enhanced free programming for local youths. The Town of Oakville operates two youth centres, for which the money is being raised for. The centres are for teens between the ages of 13 and 19, which offer a positive social recreational atmosphere for users. About 200 youths visit the youth centres each month. The Town's youth centre and Longo's staff, along with youth volunteers will serve up the goodies at the barbeque. The store is located at 337 Dundas St. E. The event runs from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Ready Picked or Pick Your Own RASPBERRIES RASPBERRIES RASPBERRIES 6202 Walkers Line, Burlington 905-335-2515 www.hutchinsonfarm.ca
