Falgarwood shines at Lamb relay meet Falgarwood won three different races and the overall midget title to lead Oakville schools at last week's Lamb junior relays at Iroquois Ridge High School. Thirty-two public elementary schools from across Halton took part in the meet, which determined winners in the tyke, atom, bantam and midget age groups. Falgarwood won the midget girls' and boys' races while placing fifth in the midget mixed race to earn the midget division crown. The school also won the tyke boys' race. Brantwood and River Oaks also enjoyed successful meets. Brantwood won the atom girls' and mixed races en route to the atom division title, and River Oaks won the bantam mixed race while finishing second in the bantam boys' race, winning the bantam pennant. Maple Grove won the atom boys' race at the meet, which is limited to schools with smaller populations in Grades 3-6. All races were 4 x 100 relays.
