An Oakville professional concert band, Intrada Brass, is holding a concert to raise money for Kerr Street Ministries. The concert, titled Pagentry, is taking place Sunday, May 16 at Glen Abbey United Church. Admission is donate what you can and half the proceeds will go to the ministries. The concert will feature music such as the orchestra marches Pomp and Circumstance and Crown Imperial by English composers Sir Edward Elgar and William Walton, respectively. Joining the band for the concert will be Sgt. Dave Moulton of the Central Band of the Canadian Forces playing the trombone. The church is located at 1469 Nottinghill Gate. Kallushi has a bachelor of music degree and also teaches at the Ontario Conservatory of Music in Toronto.
