Time to name schools The Halton District School Board will name three new elementary schools at its next board meeting March 3. The board has been presented with four possible names for each school, which were submitted by the public and later selected by a naming committee. Two of the schools are located in Oakville, one at 2561 Valleyridge Dr. in Palermo, and the other at 2860 Kingsway Dr. in Clearview. The third school is located at 640 Yates Dr. in Milton. Possible names for the board's consideration for the Palermo school are Palermo Public School, Kepler Public School, Ellis Bell Public School or Dr. Roberta Bondar Public School. Possible choices for the Clearview school are James W. Hill Public School, Lakeview Public School, Kingsview Forest Public School or Dr. Dave Williams Public School.
