The open house will take place on Wednesday, Feb. 10 from 4-9:30 p.m. It will feature information about the proposed facility as well as a summary of key points from TransCanada's recently released Draft Environmental Review Report. The event is at the Oakville Conference and Banquet Centre, located at 2515 Wyecroft Rd., where TransCanada personnel will be on hand to answer the public's questions. Notice of intention to repeal by-law 185 Burnhamthorpe Road West Take notice that Oakville Town Council, on January 25, 2010 , resolved to issue a notice of intention to repeal By-law 1992-237, which designated Part of Lot 17, Concession 2, municipally known as 185 Burnhamthorpe Road West under Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. 18, as a property of cultural heritage value and interest. The owner applied to have the By-law repealed and this application was deemed to have been consented to pursuant to Section 32 of the Ontario Heritage Act.
