The facility is now home to one of the largest Smart Centre locations in all of Canada. "The Smart Car is a very unique and special car," he says. "It has been extremely successful with our eco-conscience customers." The facility has also seen many upgrades to help ensure customers receive the highest level of customer service. "Our service area now features 15 service bays, 12 technicians, an indoor delivery bay, a large winter tire storage area, a new expanded parts department and state-ofthe-art, new equipment." "We are now featuring three showrooms ­ an upper showroom that holds 15 vehicles, a lower showroom that holds an additional 15, plus our Smart Car showroom that holds six. The price of this model was significantly reduced compared to the previous generation but many more features have been added. No dealership would be complete with out their pre- owned vehicles. "We have seen a tremendous growth in this department," Le Roeye says. "We focus on keeping MercedesBenz Certified vehicles, which are late model, low kilometers vehicles that have been serviced to be made as close to new as possible." Though the product speaks for itself, M-B Oakville prides themselves first and foremost in taking care of their customers. "It's always about the people ­ how they are treated by reception and service, and even when they are just walking around, it definitely makes a difference in how people perceive us." Le Roeye says that they do everything in their power to ensure customers are satisfied and this includes when they bring in their vehicle for service. Some of the extras customers receive include no-charge Mercedes Benz service loaners, shuttles to where they need to go, and a comfortable lounge with wireless internet and Starbucks Coffee for those who wish to wait at the dealership. "We also offer a valet service where we will come to the customer to pick up their car, rather than them bringing it to us."
