Open House week at seniors' centres It will be Open House Week at Oakville's seniors' centres beginning Sept. 1. Residents 50 and older are invited to visit the local centres to learn about resources, programs and take in demonstrations. There will also be information about travel, volunteer opportunities and upcoming special events. The event will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 1 from 1-4 p.m. at the Iroquois Ridge Older Adult Centre, Iroquois Ridge Community Centre, 1051 Glenashton Dr. Refreshments will be served.
