Carrying Fire-Arms

Description
- Full Text
The carrying of fire-arms is becoming quite too common and the law prohibiting it should be vigorously enforced. It is quite a common thing to meet with boys, who scarcely know enough to keep their nose clean, carrying a revolver, and the accidents from such are growing alarmingly frequent. A week scarcely passes but we read of revolver accidents, many of them fatal, with the almost universal cause "I didn't know it was loaded." Parents cannot be too strict with their children in preventing them of carrying or handling such deadly weapons while the law should be enforced with the utmost rigor.
