Full Delivery Shoppers Drug Mart, Zellers, henry's Camera Police bust four carhopping suspects Four Oakville youths are facing criminal charges following an early Monday incident of carhopping in the Sprucedale and Munn's Avenue area. Police said they responded to the area at around 4:30 a.m. after receiving a complaint about four youths stealing from unlocked parked cars. Four youths were located moments later. One of the suspects was allegedly in possession of a bag containing GPS equipment, sunglasses, Blackberries, cash and personal identification not belonging to any of the youths. Police said some of this property was later returned to residents in the area who later reported items stolen. The four youths who cannot be identified because of the Youth Criminal Justice Act have been charged with possession of property obtained by crime. The Halton Regional Police Service is continuing to investigate this incident and anyone with information related to it or who had some property stolen from the Sprucedale and Munn's Avenue area Monday night is asked to call the Oakville Criminal Investigations Bureau at 905-8254747, ext. 2215 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800222-TIPS (8477).
