Each year hundreds of Children find themselves in the pediatric ward of the OTMH. Now in it's seventh year, the `Bears that Care' campaign, organized by The Oakville Beaver, together with local businesses sponsorship, will be providing a comforting bear to children staying in the pediatric ward. Even during a time where many businesses are feeling harsh economic struggles, they continue to open up their wallets to help out a good cause. It is the little things that make the most difference. Knowing that a single teddy bear can bring a smile to a sick child's face, is reason enough to participate in this program.
