Prime Time Personal Fitness and Boxing, located at 2390 Lakeshore Rd. W., was closed last week after Post's body was discovered in the facility's office/bedroom. An autopsy of the 28-year-old was unable to determine his cause of death, but police noted the death was not considered suspicious. The gym is now back at its nor- PFANTASTIC. Michael Post's father, Greg Post noted that his son would want the business to continue. Donating to Fareshare Oakville's Fareshare food bank needs volunteers to hand out paper bags to collect food donations during the Christmas season. While Fareshare doesn't hold an official Christmas food drive, it does make a special effort to collect more food for the holidays. Volunteers are needed to stand at the entrance to the Great Canadian Superstore located at Trafalgar Road and Dundas Street to hand out bags for shoppers entering the store to fill with food donations.
