Ward 4 Councillor Allan Elgar noted he was pleasantly surprised by the positive feedback he gets about the newsletter since its format was changed. "They are all encompassing and go to the whole town and each ward is represented," he said. "People are reading it and are quite interested in what they're reading. I think everything we do should be about communication," he said. "Communicating to people what they want to hear and what things we think are hot and what they should hear about.
