Cheesoon Ha of Oakville won $10,000 playing Deal or No Deal Instant Lottery Game No. 1371. As an Ontario Lottery Game (OLG) retailer, her prize fell within OLG's definition of an insider win. Insiders include people who sell, redeem and distribute lottery products, or family members -- a spouse, children, parents, siblings as well as any other relative not described here who resides in the same household -- of insiders and OLG employees.
