Less than a week away, more than 700 people have called or emailed Turner's office to reserve a seat and a chance to grill federal Liberal leader Stephane Dion. It comes as the polls favour Dion's Liberals and just weeks before a potential federal election call. Dion and Turner will use the meeting to talk about Ontario's suffering manufacturing base, recent job losses, auto sector troubles and to outline the economic and environmental solutions contained in the controversial Liberal Green Shift proposal. The Town Hall will also have a high-tech flavour, in keeping with Turner's reputation as Canada's only full-time blogging MP.
