Oakville Mazda is ranked number 6 in Canada, number two in Ontario and number one in the territory. This is an incredible accomplishment by the team at Oakville Mazda, led by its new owners Jason Guttman & Graham MacNab. In only 14 months the dealership went from an abysmal ranking of 132nd amongst Mazda dealers in Canada. In only one short year the team, with a focus on establishing customer centric processes, has proven its dedication to customers. The ranking is based on surveys submitted by customers who have recently purchased a new Mazda. J.D. Power and Associates administers the survey and calculate the ranking on a 12 month rolling average. Some of the positive comments received by Oakville Mazda customers include "Oakville Mazda is head and shoulders above the rest" (Craig L.), & "We were treated with respect and like family from day one" (Enzo N.). Oakville Mazda is not only committed to its customers but the community also. Recently Oakville Mazda was a Gold sponsor of the Oakville Santa Claus Parade and acted as an official agent for the Oakville Fire Fighters Association annual Toy Drive. Oakville Mazda would like to take this opportunity to thank all its customers and staff in their efforts to make this accomplishment possible and looks forward to its next goal of ranking number 1 in the country. All seating positions have three-point seat belts. Additionally, front and rear visibility has been improved.
