Still time to register a team for Incredibowl The Sexual Assault and Violence Intervention Services (SAVIS) of Halton will host its annual bowlathon on Feb. 16. It will take place from 2-5 p.m. at Burlington Bowl, 4065 Harvester Rd. Its first annual bowlathon held last year raised a whopping $20,000. There's still time to register an individual or team of four to six bowlers who are willing to raise pledges for the cause as the pledge deadline has been extended to Feb. 16. Registration will include unlimited bowling under the neon lights for three hours, prizes, competitions, a light lunch, entrance into a grand prize draw and more. All proceeds go directly to SAVIS to help stop the violence in Halton. Event sponsors include Burlington Bowl, Deloitte, AIC, Via Rail Canada, The Burlington Post and The Oakville Beaver.
