Lands bounded by Dorval Drive, Rebecca Street, Garden Drive and Lakeshore Road West File: 42.14.277 A public meeting with respect to the above-referenced Town-initiated Amendments was held on November 26, 2007. These lands are, in part, associated with an application submitted by Maurice-Garden Developments Inc. (File No. Z.1617.034), which is before the Ontario Municipal Board (Case No. PL060689). If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting or make written submissions to the Town of Oakville before the proposed official plan amendment is adopted or before the zoning by-law amendment is passed: a) the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision of the Town of Oakville Council to the Ontario Municipal Board; and, b) the person or public body may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Ontario Municipal Board unless, in the opinion of the Board, there are reasonable grounds to add the person or public body as a party.
