B o b, b e l ove d h u s b a n d o f M a r y, d e a r father of Lorna and David, will be fondly remembered by his grandson Christopher (Shauna), his brother Lorne (Barbara) and his sister-in-law Ella. Bob graduated from Queen's University in Metallurgical Engineer ing in 1941. Captain Tur ner served with the Canadian Army in Britain, North Africa and North-West Europe until 1945. Afterwards he joined Noranda Mines and later represented Aerofall Mills internationally. Bob was an active member of the Ontario Orchid Society, the American Orchid Society, the Oakville Opera Guild and the Oakville Golf Club for many years. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Aidan's Anglican Church, 318 Queen Mary Drive, Oakville on Tuesday, November 6, 2007 at 2:00pm.
