On the morning of Oct. 31, the family of Edward D'Souza, 46, received an email from him, which police say indicates he is an extreme threat to himself. D'Souza, who has been depressed due to family stresses, is described as East Asian, brown skin, 6-foot-2, medium build weighing 154 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He has a scar on his forehead and speaks with a slight East Indian accent. He is diabetic and requires insulin. Police and family are very concerned for his safety. Due to the nature of the email, police are asking anyone who comes into contact with D'Souza to call 911 immediately.
