Seaver converted a well-placed cross from Jack Pereira for the game-winner. Oakville had earned its way to the final with round-robin wins over Simcoe and Georgetown, dropping its other game to Mississauga. Rounding out the newly-formed team are Patrick Smith, Glenn Wilding, Michael Pupulin, Christopher Ribau, Graham Maskens, Ben Milford, Mathew Perruzza, Mark Coulter, Conner Nurmi, Mathew Carvalho, Juan Felipe Castaneda, Andrew Manore and Shazil Mirza.
