The youths, all between the ages of nine and 12, completed 30 hours of volunteer time by cleaning up local parks and schools or assisting a community group. They were selected by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Halton, which also co-ordinated the program and provided supervision while the youths were completing their community service hours.
