As an intermodal operations representative in Mississauga, you should have previous customer service experience in a customer contact centre environment, superior communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to handle a large number of calls and e-mails, keyboarding skill with a minimum of 25 WPM, an ability and willingness to learn new application programs, and a strong command of the English language, oral and written. Bilingual positions require a strong command of both French and English language, oral and written.
