Fourteen personal reasons, to be exact. The 16-year-old has lost 11 family members to Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, also known as Lou Gehrig's Disease. Halton Regional Police say they responded to a hit-and-run accident at Trafalgar Road and Church Street at approximately 3:40 a.m. The pedestrian, whose identity has not yet been released, was hit and projected up onto the car, then struck the asphalt.
