34 - The Oakville Beaver, Wednesday January 10, 2007 www.oakvillebeaver.com Minor peewee Rangers earn silver at Don Mills tourney The Oakville minor peewee AAA Rangers went undefeated in the round-robin and upset the defending OMHA champions before falling in the final at a recent hockey tournament in Don Mills. Oakville was a period away from gold, carrying a 2-1 lead into the third period of the championship game against Don Mills. However, the Flyers tied the game on a power play and then won the game in overtime. Rangers netminder Jacob Smith had little chance on either marker.
