Police honor their own with special service awards The Halton Regional Police recently honored 39 officers and civilian members for their long serâ€" vice to the police service. Together the 39 members have more than 800 years of experience and service. During a recent ceremony, 28 officers were presented with their Police _ Exemplary â€" Service medals/Bars and Service Recognition Pins. Eleven civilian members received Service Recognition Pins.
