Executive changes at St. Lawrence Cement companies Paul Ostrander, former general manager of Dufferin Construction Company, a subsidiary of St. Lawrence Cement, has been named senior viceâ€"pres. of the Ontario Division for the parent company. Ostrander graduated as a civil engineer from the University of Waterloo and holds an MBA from the University of Tim Godfrey (Ieft) viceâ€"president and Oakville branch manager, receives the 1994 Branch Manager of the Year award for the Toronto region from ScotiaMcLeod chairman and chief executive officer, Gordon Cheesbrough. Godfrey, who opened the local branch at 700 Kerr St. last year, took the office to 13 people and over $1â€"million in sales in one year. "This is really the result of teamwork," said Godfrey.
