The Town of Oakville and Halton Helping Hands could be joining forces this winter to help those in need shovâ€" el out from under the white stuff. According to Karen Pipes, Coâ€" ordinator of Volunteer Services for Halton Helping Hands, about 30 qualâ€" ified people are enrolled for free snow removal and Town rebates funnelled in its direction will be less than $2,000.
