Man faces numerous charges after parking lot brawl at Ford Two men were taken to hospital and one man charged with a battery of offences after an argument that began between employâ€" ees inside the Ford plant was taken outside after the shift where the participants took to using various weapons including a knife, baseâ€" ball bat and a car. Halton Regional Police said the argument had started while the two men were working at Ford on the afternoon of Fri. Aug. 27th. When their shift was over, the argument between the two men continued outside into the parking lot around 3:45 p.m. "One man pulled a knife and stabbed the other," said Det. Sgt Graham Barnes. The victim, a 37â€"yearâ€"old Mississauga man, then took hold of a baseball bat to strike back at his assailant. At that time, the first man jumped into a car and drove at the victim, striking him and then colliding with two other cars in the parking lot. 1e ancecrestane Barnes said both men were taken to Oakvilleâ€"Trafalgar Memorial Hospital where they were treated for injuries. The man who was stabbed and then struck with a car required stitches to his head, neck and shoulder, said Barnes.
